Description

One sunny day, Mary and Dickon take Colin, in his wheelchair, to the secret garden. Colin stares in wonder at the garden. It is his first experience of real nature, and he is excited as never before. He eventually gets out of his wheelchair and helps Mary and Dickon with their planting efforts. Colin's father returns home and is amazed to see Colin as he is now. Why is he so surprised?
